Awareness
At the Awareness stage, we introduce your company and/or its products/services to your target market.  We do this by leveraging organic search rankings, paid search traffic, organic social media reach, and paid social media campaigns.  This is an important stage – and the most difficult.  This is the introduction of new people into your sales funnel.  Better results here will result in better results at each stage to follow.
Consideration
In the Consideration stage, we use the audience information we gained in the Awareness stage to turn people into leads.  We are going to ask for information from your prospects in exchange for something of value to them.  You’ve heard the saying, “The Money is in the List.”  We’re going to build a list of people who have shown an interest in your business and its products/services.
Preference
In the Preference stage, we work the list of people who have shown an interest in you during the Consideration stage.  This is where we build trust and “weed out” the people just looking for freebies.  It’s in this stage where people realize you have what they need – more so than your competition.
Purchase
Not much explanation needed for the Purchase page.  This is where you begin to make money from your funnel.  The purchase stage will pull people from the Preference, Loyalty, and Advocacy stages.  We going to get people to make an initial purchase, get people to go for up-sell opportunities, get your current customers to purchase from you again, and get your customers to purchase at larger amounts.  The success of this stage will be affected by the success of our efforts above and below in your sales funnel.
Loyalty
In the Loyalty stage, we’re going to reinforce the trust developed in the Preference stage, and delight your new customers acquired in the Purchase stage.  We’re going to make people happy that they chose you instead of your competition, and reinforce the idea that they’ve made the right decision.
Advocacy
In the Advocacy stage, we’re going to develop the loyalty we’ve developed in the Loyalty stage, and turn your customers into a powerful voice on your behalf.  The efforts developed in this stage can be used to increase your success in every other stage of your sales funnel.
